STADIUM INFORMATION
ADVANCED TICKETS/TICKET
UPGRADE WINDOW – This window can be found at Gate #1. Here one may upgrade general admission
tickets to any available reserved, club reserved or box seats; reserved seats
to any available club reserved or box seats; or club reserved to box
seats. Tickets may be upgraded through
the middle of the seventh inning of each game.
Tickets for future Clippers home games are also available for purchase
at this window through the middle of the seventh inning. After the seventh inning, through the end of
the game, they will be available in The Clubhouse Souvenir Shop.
ATM MACHINE – There is a Huntington
Banks’ ATM located under Section 208 near Gate #2.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES – Clippers birthday
parties include food, drink, game ticket, surprise gift and ice cream
cakes. More information is located on
our website under Tickets/Birthday Parties.
DRINKING FOUNTAINS – There are five
drinking fountains located throughout the stadium concourse.
FAMILY SECTION – Rows 3 through 11 of
Section 212 are designated as the Family Section in which no alcohol consumption
is allowed. A general admission ticket
is required to be seated in this area, except on those occasions when the
entire grandstand is designated reserved seating.
FIRST AID – The First Aid Room is
located on the stadium concourse under Section 212, next to Gate #2. The paramedic is seated in Section 214, row
1.
GRANGE INSURANCE
INFORMATION BOOTH – This booth is located at Gate #1 and is the place to visit when
you have a question about the Clippers or want schedule, ticket and group
information. You may also find out about
all the exciting events and promotions happening at
Cooper Stadium this season. It is also
the place to drop off your completed entry forms, or to check winning autographed
ads in our souvenir program.
HANDICAPPED SEATING – There are two
handicapped seating areas in Cooper Stadium.
Section 100 is located on first base side. Fans may access this area from the ramp next
to the Clippers bullpen or from the walkway between our box seats and
grandstand. The second area is located
behind Section 109, behind home plate.
Both sections are protected by nets.
A general admission ticket is required to sit in these areas. Fans in wheelchairs do not require a ticket
to enter Cooper Stadium and sit in one of our handicapped seating areas.
LOST & FOUND – Located at the Grange
Insurance Information Booth at Gate #1 during games. After games, Lost & Found will be moved
to the Clippers Ticket and Business Office and may be reached at 614-462-5250.
PARTY PAVILION &
PATIO –
The Pavilion and Patio are available for pre-game parties. The Pavilion is located near the right field
bullpen and the Patio is located at Gate #3.

PAY PHONES – There are two pay
telephones in Cooper Stadium. One is
located next to The Clubhouse Souvenir Shop at Gate #1 and the other is located
behind home plate at Gate #2.
RESTROOMS – Men’s and Women’s
restrooms are located at each of our three Gates. Diaper changing stations are available in
each restroom for your convenience.
SOUVENIRS – Three souvenir
stores/stands are located in the stadium, each offering a wide variety of
Clippers and Major League apparel and novelties. The Clubhouse Souvenir Shop is located at
Gate #1, while our Souvenir Stand is located under Section 218. LouSeal’s Dugout is located at Gate #3 and
features sports memorabilia.
THE CAPTAIN’S CLUB – The Captain’s Club is
located on the roof level of the stadium, and offers a variety of items from
its menu. The Captain’s Club is open to
anyone with a ticket to the game once the gates open. Children should be accompanied by adults. More information is located on our website

WILL CALL WINDOW – This is where you pick
up tickets that you have ordered, either over the phone or online, and wish to
have them held here at the stadium. It
is located at the Gate #1 Ticket Windows and opens when our gates open.
